Hey, i have the same problem, and i see him but idk how to get to him... im sure there is some prolly easy way thats gonna make me feel dumb.... but how do you get to him????

ok to get to him you need to pass ROP to do that you need to be lvl 100 and have to get past the ogers... there at the back of them on the top of the mountian is how you get into ROP then when you pass that straight across the area are some trees with snow... walk into the middle of there spilt and he will be in the area it teleports you to.
