how do you get these affects?
do you use a custom model or skin?
if so where can i get access to them?

its like having the item giving "unholy aura" for example but it uses a custom effect around your hero, and the actual aura grants no bonus's so its just an effect

i mean the actually attacks like haevsgavl wat ever it is

I cannot give out such things to you since this is not my own map. One thing I can tell you is that, yes you import those models into the map. It is just how to place its location and rotation and timing. If you want to know more info about this, ask GDD directly.
